Problem:

Easy one today, trip out to Hull to a company that said there USB post where not working on there new Desktop PC because it would not recognize a Pen Drive. Could have sorted this over the phone but they said they would like a chargeable visit.

Sollution:

It was not the fact that the USB ports where not working it was the fact that the Pen Drive was using one of the Network Mapped Drives.

Sollution Method:

1. Right Click My Computer and select Manage
2. Select Disk Management
3. Right click the drive letter that corresponds to the Pen Drives size in MB
4. Select Change Drive Letter And Paths and change the drive letter to a non used one
